Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick are expecting twin daughters via surrogate mother.
The couple is “overjoyed” to be expecting two healthy baby girls later this summer, a rep for the couple said in a statement to E! News. Congrats to the happy couple!!!
The 44-year-old Sex and the City star and Matthew, 47, also have son James Wilkie, 6. A friend of the couple tells EW that the couple has been trying to have more kids for years and this was the “best alternative for expanding their family.”

3I think this is wonderful news; congratulations to them! Those girls are going to inherit quite a wardrobe,lol.
Too old to be bringing newborns into the world? They are only in their mid to late forties. There shouldn't be an age limit on expanding or even starting a family.
4So how long will the twins have their parents for... I'm in my forties and my parents are late 60's early 70's and its nice to have them in my life as well as my kids lives. These babies children won't ever know their grandparents and that's sad.
Plus who wants a mom that's 50 when you are like 5? ugh
5Congrats to them but I totally agree with gracey. Not to mention it's going to be really hard and Matthew and SJP. All the older moms that I know are all having such a hard time because they don't have the patience and stamina for small children any more.
